Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Inboxes at inboxes.ai. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Plain language is used on purpose; it binds all the same.

The service

Inboxes provides email deliverability diagnostics: inbox placement testing against a seed panel, monitoring of blacklists, sender reputation, and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) including DMARC report parsing, and prioritized remediation guidance. We do not send email on your behalf and we do not operate engagement or warmup networks.

Acceptable use: legitimate senders only

The service exists to help wanted email get delivered. You agree not to use it to support unsolicited bulk email, purchased or scraped lists, deceptive headers or subject lines, snowshoe sending, or any activity that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or the acceptable-use policies of mailbox providers. We may suspend or terminate accounts used this way, with a refund of unused prepaid time when the violation was not egregious, at our judgment.

No guarantee of placement

Nobody can guarantee inbox placement, and we expressly do not. Seed-panel results are directional estimates; mailbox providers personalize filtering and change behavior without notice. Reports and fix lists are informed guidance, not a promise of outcomes. You remain responsible for your sending and its compliance.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed in USD monthly or yearly, in advance. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades apply at the next cycle. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops renewal, and paid time runs to the end of the period. Plan allowances (domains, tests, monitored lists, DMARC volume) reset each cycle and do not roll over. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice, effective from your next cycle.

Your data

You keep ownership of what you send us. You grant us the license needed to process it into your reports. Handling details are in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We target high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service; seed panels and third-party data sources can degrade temporarily. We may improve or change features, and we will not materially reduce what your plan includes mid-term without notice and a right to cancel with a prorated refund.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue from email that did not reach an inbox. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate for breach of these terms, with notice where practical. Sections on data, liability, and disputes survive termination.
